Join the global trend to use Stand Up Paddle Boarding as a way to get and stay fit.
Training in a group keeps you accountable and the social aspect makes the sessions fun and dynamic. The fitness classes are a structured four-week series. It is beneficial if you make all four sessions.
Locations include Freshwater Bay in Peppermint Grove, Leighton Beach, Bicton Baths and Hillary's.
